The Billy
Mitchell Chapter (BMC), in San Antonio, Texas, is a member of the Mountain-Western Region of the Association of Old
Crows, Inc. (AOC) and the AOC Educational Foundation, Inc. (AEF). Located in the nation's highest concentration
of Information Operators, the chapter has an active membership of 300, military and corporate alliances, and
sponsors many innovative activities for its members. |

BMC, with it's partners, the Joint Information Operations Warfare Command, the Air Force Intelligence Agency, the
Air Force Information Operations Center, the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team, the DoD's aviation
Electronic Warfare School, and others, are on the cutting edge of all facets of Information Operations
and Information Superiority. Individuals from these and about 100 large and small companies, all
concentrating on Information Superiority, form the BMC's membership and are all champions for AOC goals
and objectives.
