The Board of Directors from the Billy Mitchell Chapter-Association of Old Crows (BMC-AOC) welcomes you to our Website.

The Association of Old Crows, Inc. (AOC) - the International Electronic Defense Information Superiority Association – is a non-profit professional organization comprised of individuals engaged in the science of Information Warfare/ Operations/ Superiority (IW/IO/IS), Electronic Warfare/ Defense (EW/ED), Command & Control Warfare (C2W), and related military electronics and disciplines.  We are also a part of the association’s AOC Educational Foundation, Inc.  The AOC has 70 Chapters with over 15,000 individual members – 35% government and active duty military and 65% defense electronics industry.

Within this Website, you will find information concerning who we are, what we do, selected industry and military sponsors and a listing of the many activities with which we are involved.  The chapter’s theme is “To assist our military, civilian and community partners in promoting awareness and the professional growth of our members in the areas of Electronic Defense and Information Operations/ Superiority”.  Our Educational Foundation provides scholarships to the area’s most promising young technical minds at local universities and Enlisted Tuition Grants (ETG) to assist enlisted personnel in offsetting the cost of their off-duty college education.  Funds for the foundation are received in many ways but most recently through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) program.  If you have the opportunity to contribute to the CFC please select #87846.  The EW area, which supports the BMC-AOC Educational Foundation, was added to the CFC program in 2001.

The Billy Mitchell Chapter has a full assortment of professional and social activities throughout the year and works with the local AFCEA chapter in hosting Joint technical luncheons.

Again, welcome to the BMC-AOC Website.  Please look around and see for yourself why we are so proud of our organization.
